Here is my Snow Recipe , you can make it as thick as you want too.. 

I mix up a batch and keep it in a cintainer with a lid .. it does slowly start to dry out, so its good for a few days only.. Mix small batches if you dont need to much ! 

I often add more baking soda and then my snow is tick and gives good stick peaks !
